建立分散固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定小麦中啶氧菌酯残留的方法.应用分散固相萃取处理小麦样品,离心得到的上清液过滤膜后,用 HPLC-DAD 进行检测.采用岛津 wondasil C18-WR(5μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm)色谱柱,柱温30℃,乙腈-水(65∶35,V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min.啶氧菌酯在0.05~1.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系(R=0.9999),变异系数为3.34%,平均回收率为89.32%.实验方法操作快速简便、重复性好,适用于小麦中啶氧菌酯的定量检测与分析.

A modified QuEchERS-HPLC method was established for quantitative determination of picox-ystrobin wheat.The sample preparation was completed for the extraction and clean-up steps with the modified QuEchERS method,then it was centrifugated and filtered before detection by HPLC-DAD. The mobile phase was a 65 ∶ 35 (by vol ) mixture of acetonitrile and water, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and a wondasil C18-WR column (5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)was used with column tempera-ture of 30 ℃.Good linearity of picoxystrobin was obtained over the range of 0.05 ~ 1.0 mg/L (R=0.999 9),the variation coefficient was 3.34%,and the average recovery was 89.32%.The method was an ideal analysis method with the advantages of convenience,fast speed and good repeatability, which can be used for the quantitative detection and analysis of picoxystrobin in wheat.
