目的：调查分析首次住专科医院精神障碍患者家属的求医态度、心理状况及家庭关系。方法：对青海地区1077例首次住专科医院精神障碍患者的家属采用家属就医态度自行编制量表、症状自评量表（ SCL-90）、家庭环境量表（ FES-CV）中文版进行调查，统计分析。结果：患者家属早期多寻求迷信巫术的帮助，精神卫生知识缺乏；SCL-90评分显著高于常模（p﹤0.01）；FES-C评分与常模差异有显著统计学意义（ p﹤0.01）。结论：首次住专科医院精神障碍患者家属精神卫生知识缺乏，心理状况不良，家庭关系欠佳。
목적：조사분석수차주전과의원정신장애환자가속적구의태도、심리상황급가정관계。방법：대청해지구1077례수차주전과의원정신장애환자적가속채용가속취의태도자행편제량표、증상자평량표（ SCL-90）、가정배경량표（ FES-CV）중문판진행조사，통계분석。결과：환자가속조기다심구미신무술적방조，정신위생지식결핍；SCL-90평분현저고우상모（p﹤0.01）；FES-C평분여상모차이유현저통계학의의（ p﹤0.01）。결론：수차주전과의원정신장애환자가속정신위생지식결핍，심리상황불량，가정관계흠가。
Objective:To explore the attitudes of seeking medical treatment,mental status and family re-lationship in relatives of the first hospitalized patients with mental disorders. Method:Three scales including self-designed scale of attitudes of seeking medical treatment,symptom checklist 90( SCL-90 )and family envi-ronment scale,Chinese version( FES-CV)were administered to relatives of 1077 first hospitalized patients with mental disorders in Qinghai province. Results:Relatives of patients firstly tended to seek help from supersti-tion or witchcraft,they generally lacked mental health knowledge. They presented higher scores on SCL-90 than norms( p﹤0. 01 );and the difference from norms on FES-CV was statistically significant( p﹤0. 01 ). Conclusion:The relatives of the fist hospitalized patients with mental disorders lack mental health knowledge, have dysfunction in mental health and family relationship.
