目的：探讨慢性荨麻疹治疗中心理护理的临床效果；方法：从慢性荨麻疹患者中选取102例进行回顾性分析，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组51例。对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上行心理护理，观察两组患者生活质量指数、HA-MA 评分及症状评分。结果：观察组生活质量指数评分明显低于对照组，观察组 HAMA 评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：在慢性荨麻疹治疗中，实施心理护理，能有效缓解患者不良情绪，改善心理状况，促进恢复，值得临床推广运用。
목적：탐토만성담마진치료중심리호리적림상효과；방법：종만성담마진환자중선취102례진행회고성분석，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조51례。대조조행상규호리，관찰조재대조조기출상행심리호리，관찰량조환자생활질량지수、HA-MA 평분급증상평분。결과：관찰조생활질량지수평분명현저우대조조，관찰조 HAMA 평분명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론：재만성담마진치료중，실시심리호리，능유효완해환자불량정서，개선심리상황，촉진회복，치득림상추엄운용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing care in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Method A to-tal of 102 patients were analyzed retrospectively from chronic urticaria patients,they were randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group,51 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group in the control group on the basis of psychological nursing,observation of the patients quality of life index,two groups of HAMA score and symptom score. Results The observa-tion group quality of life index score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the observation group the HAMA score was signif-icantly lower than the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic urticari-a,psychological nursing and can effectively relieve patients negative emotions,improve the psychological status,to promote recovery,is wor-thy of clinical application.
