目的：分析腹腔镜下胆囊切除术进行围手术期护理及手术配合的意义和价值。方法：将500例胆囊疾病拟行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的患者随机分为对照组和观察组，其中观察组患者在行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的过程中给予围手术期护理及手术配合，对照组患者在手术过程中仅给予一般护理，比较不同护理方案的优缺点。结果：经过数据统计发现，对照组患者在手术耗时、术中失血量、肛门排气时间及住院天数方面和观察组患者相比明显延长，两组差异具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论：针对胆囊疾病采取腹腔镜手术治疗基础上实施围手术期护理及手术配合，不仅临床效果明显，而且为患者节省时间及花费，值得临床推荐。
목적：분석복강경하담낭절제술진행위수술기호리급수술배합적의의화개치。방법：장500례담낭질병의행복강경하담낭절제술치료적환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，기중관찰조환자재행복강경담낭절제술치료적과정중급여위수술기호리급수술배합，대조조환자재수술과정중부급여일반호리，비교불동호리방안적우결점。결과：경과수거통계발현，대조조환자재수술모시、술중실혈량、항문배기시간급주원천수방면화관찰조환자상비명현연장，량조차이구유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론：침대담낭질병채취복강경수술치료기출상실시위수술기호리급수술배합，불부림상효과명현，이차위환자절성시간급화비，치득림상추천。
Objective In order to increase the clinical effect on treatment of gallbladder disease and reduce the complication incidence, analyze the significance and value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy peri operative nursing and operation cooperation. Method 500 cases of gallbladder diseases undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder resection surgery patients were admitted and randomly divided into control group and observation group,observation used laparoscopic gallbladder resection therapy,peri operative nursing and operation cooperation,control group only received general nursing,compared advantages and disadvantages of different nursing methods. Results After statistical data, control group's operation time,intraoperative blood loss volume,anal exhaust time and hospitalization days were longer than observation group,and difference between two groups had statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Implementation of peri - operative nursing and operation for gallbladder disease patients under laparoscopic surgery has significant clinical effect,and can save time and cost,it is wor-thy to be recommended.
