对湖南省铅锌冶炼行业废气中铅、砷、镉的产/排污系数进行了研究和测算. 结合实测数据以及物料衡算,基本掌握了铅锌冶炼行业铅、砷、镉污染源的分布、污染物排放强度、污染末端治理措施及技术水平、污染排放规律,完成对湖南省污染源的现状及发展变化趋势的分析,为全国铅锌冶炼行业工业废气量以及废气中铅、砷、镉等重金属污染物普查及核算提供技术依据. 根据此次测算结果,提出了淘汰、整合和并购的建议.

The producing and discharging coefficients of lead, arsenic and cadmium in the smelting industry of Hunan Province were studied and calculated. The pollution sources distribution, emissions intensity, pollution control countermeasures and technology, pollution discharge regularity were basically obtained based on the investigation results, combined with the actual measurements and material balance. The status and variation trend of the province′s pollution were analyzed, providing a technical basis for the general survey and calculation of the emissions of industrial waste gas and lead, arsenic, cadmium and other heavy metal pollutants in lead-zinc smelting industry. According to the calculation results, proposals of elimination, integration and merger were presented.
