目的：研究综合护理干预在妊娠高血压患者的临床护理中的价值。方法：2013年3月—2015年3月，选择116例妊娠高血压患者随机对照原则将其分为两组，每组58例，对照组接受常规护理，干预组接受综合护理干预。结果：干预组患者干预后收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均低于对照组，新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组，P＜0.05，统计学差异显著；干预组剖宫产率、产后出血率、早产率、围生儿死亡率、新生儿窒息率、胎儿窘迫发生率均低于对照组，组间比较P＜0.05，差异显著。结论：妊娠高血压患者综合护理干预中将护理工作进行量化处理效果优于常规护理，可有效控制患者血压，降低并发症率，保证良性妊娠，具有广泛的应用前景。
目的：研究綜閤護理榦預在妊娠高血壓患者的臨床護理中的價值。方法：2013年3月—2015年3月，選擇116例妊娠高血壓患者隨機對照原則將其分為兩組，每組58例，對照組接受常規護理，榦預組接受綜閤護理榦預。結果：榦預組患者榦預後收縮壓、舒張壓、平均動脈壓均低于對照組，新生兒Apgar評分高于對照組，P＜0.05，統計學差異顯著；榦預組剖宮產率、產後齣血率、早產率、圍生兒死亡率、新生兒窒息率、胎兒窘迫髮生率均低于對照組，組間比較P＜0.05，差異顯著。結論：妊娠高血壓患者綜閤護理榦預中將護理工作進行量化處理效果優于常規護理，可有效控製患者血壓，降低併髮癥率，保證良性妊娠，具有廣汎的應用前景。
목적：연구종합호리간예재임신고혈압환자적림상호리중적개치。방법：2013년3월—2015년3월，선택116례임신고혈압환자수궤대조원칙장기분위량조，매조58례，대조조접수상규호리，간예조접수종합호리간예。결과：간예조환자간예후수축압、서장압、평균동맥압균저우대조조，신생인Apgar평분고우대조조，P＜0.05，통계학차이현저；간예조부궁산솔、산후출혈솔、조산솔、위생인사망솔、신생인질식솔、태인군박발생솔균저우대조조，조간비교P＜0.05，차이현저。결론：임신고혈압환자종합호리간예중장호리공작진행양화처리효과우우상규호리，가유효공제환자혈압，강저병발증솔，보증량성임신，구유엄범적응용전경。
