目的：调查外科护士对疼管理痛知识的掌握程度与处理态度现状，为建立完善的疼痛管理体系提供依据。方法应用童莺歌翻译修订的KASRP（2008）中文版问卷对76名外科护士进行疼痛管理知识及态度的调查。结果护理人员的疼痛管理知识态度评价得分为15.75±3.41分，正确答对率为（39.38±3.98）％，不同年龄、学历、职称的护士疼痛知识得分比较，差异无统计学意义（均 P＞0.05）。结论外科护士的疼痛管理知识掌握不足，需对护士加强疼痛教育，鼓励护士参与疼痛处理，从而促进疼痛管理规范化体系的形成，持续改进疼痛护理质量。
목적：조사외과호사대동관리통지식적장악정도여처리태도현상，위건립완선적동통관리체계제공의거。방법응용동앵가번역수정적KASRP（2008）중문판문권대76명외과호사진행동통관리지식급태도적조사。결과호리인원적동통관리지식태도평개득분위15.75±3.41분，정학답대솔위（39.38±3.98）％，불동년령、학력、직칭적호사동통지식득분비교，차이무통계학의의（균 P＞0.05）。결론외과호사적동통관리지식장악불족，수대호사가강동통교육，고려호사삼여동통처리，종이촉진동통관리규범화체계적형성，지속개진동통호리질량。
Objective To survey and analyze the status quo of the knowledge mastering and attitude of surgi-cal nurses about postoperative pain management, which provided basis for establishing perfect pain management sys-tem.Methods A questionnaire of Chinese version named KASRP ( 2008 ) , translated and revised by Tong Yingge, was used to investigate the 76 nurses about knowledge mastering and attitude of pain management.Results The nurs-ing staff's score of evaluation on pain management knowledge and attitude was ( 15.75 ±3.41 ) , and the accuracy rate was (39.38±3.98)%.The scores of the pain management knowledge of nurses'with different ages, education, profes-sional titles had no statistical significances ( P>0.05 averagely) .Conclusions Surgical nurses lack the pain manage-ment knowledge, and they need more pain management education.The nurses are encouraged to take part in pain han-dling, in order to promote the formation of the pain management standardization system, and to improve the pain nursing quality continually.
