目前市场上有关房屋渗漏监测的装置种类繁多，这些装置操作复杂、缺乏灵活性、对使用者技术水平要求过高。为了减少变电站房屋渗漏给变电站设备带来的安全隐患，设计了一种基于电容法，并利用平行板式电容传感器以及 ATmega16为核心控制处理器的监测装置，实现变电站房屋渗漏的测量，并达到相关参数的检测指标。该装置另具有报警功能、存储数据功能，以及与上位机进行实时通信的功能。经实际测试表明，该渗漏监测装置使用便利、成本低廉、稳定可靠，能够满足变电站房屋渗漏的直接测量。

Now,the housing leakage monitoring devices are available in the market,but it is complicated for operating and has higher requirement of technical level for the users.In order to reduce the hidden dangers of substation equipment caused by leakage of substation building,the core processor, using parallel plate capacitance sensor and control ATmega16,is proposed in this paper,based on Capacitance method,to realize the measurement of the substation building leakage and accord with the related parameters of the detection index.The practical test shows that the leakage monitoring device meets the need for measuring the substation building leakage with the features of simple operation,low cost and reliable stability.
