通过收集昆明“3.01”事件后，国内主要网络互动媒体的网络舆情信息，运用内容挖掘软件对其进行特征词频统计分析，结果发现：该事件在三种主要网络媒体平台上关的总趋势基本一致；网民最主要的意见倾向是强烈谴责暴力恐怖行为和希望严惩暴徒，对该事件的用词集中在“恐怖”、“暴徒”、“民族”和“警察”4个核心词上；网民表现最突出的情绪是愤怒，急性应激心理障碍主要表现在恐惧行为上.

통과수집곤명“3.01”사건후，국내주요망락호동매체적망락여정신식，운용내용알굴연건대기진행특정사빈통계분석，결과발현：해사건재삼충주요망락매체평태상관적총추세기본일치；망민최주요적의견경향시강렬견책폭력공포행위화희망엄징폭도，대해사건적용사집중재“공포”、“폭도”、“민족”화“경찰”4개핵심사상；망민표현최돌출적정서시분노，급성응격심리장애주요표현재공구행위상.
By collecting and analyzing the internet public opinion information that the domestic internet users published on inter-action network media after Kunming 3.01 incident,the paper used the ROST Content Mining System to statistical analysis its rate of characteristic terms.The results showed that:the general trend of this heat incident in the three main network media platform is basically in line.The most important opinions tend of Internet users strongly condemn the violence and hope to pun-ish mob.The words of internet users uses focused on four core words:“horror”,“thugs”,“nation”and “police”.The most moods of the internet users are angry and the acute psychological obstacle mainly expressed in horrible behaviors.
