中越南海争端自上世纪70年代起逐渐凸显。过去的20多年来两国相对相安无事，但近期中越南海争端发生严重对峙，南海争端升级。中越南海争端升级给中越关系的发展带来了巨大不利影响。探析争端升级的原因，分析争端对中越关系的影响并据此提出解决中越南海问题的应对策略，对南海问题的和平解决和构建新型中越关系有重要战略意义。
中越南海爭耑自上世紀70年代起逐漸凸顯。過去的20多年來兩國相對相安無事，但近期中越南海爭耑髮生嚴重對峙，南海爭耑升級。中越南海爭耑升級給中越關繫的髮展帶來瞭巨大不利影響。探析爭耑升級的原因，分析爭耑對中越關繫的影響併據此提齣解決中越南海問題的應對策略，對南海問題的和平解決和構建新型中越關繫有重要戰略意義。
중월남해쟁단자상세기70년대기축점철현。과거적20다년래량국상대상안무사，단근기중월남해쟁단발생엄중대치，남해쟁단승급。중월남해쟁단승급급중월관계적발전대래료거대불리영향。탐석쟁단승급적원인，분석쟁단대중월관계적영향병거차제출해결중월남해문제적응대책략，대남해문제적화평해결화구건신형중월관계유중요전략의의。
Since the late 70s,dispute of Sino-Vietnam in South China Sea is gradually apparent.In the passed more than twenty years,it is relatively smooth for both.Recently,a serious confrontation happened in the South China Sea between these two countries,escalating the dispute.This situation caused seriously detrimental influence on the development of the relationship of Sino-Vietnam.Analyzing the causes and exploring the influence it brought to the relationship of Sino-Vietnam and proposing countermeasures is strategically significant to solve the South China Sea issue between China and Vietnam and construct a new model of Sino-Vietnam relationship.
