目的：探讨深部咽旁间隙感染患者常见问题的护理对策。方法将循证护理应用于深部咽旁间隙感染患者，解决患者急性疼痛、持续性高热、不同感染途径的护理对策实践过程。结果52例患者住院期间疼痛、高热得到及时有效控制，无出血、颅内感染、纵膈炎并发症发生。结论循证护理可以提高护理质量，减少并发症发生。
목적：탐토심부인방간극감염환자상견문제적호리대책。방법장순증호리응용우심부인방간극감염환자，해결환자급성동통、지속성고열、불동감염도경적호리대책실천과정。결과52례환자주원기간동통、고열득도급시유효공제，무출혈、로내감염、종격염병발증발생。결론순증호리가이제고호리질량，감소병발증발생。
Objective To explore the strategies for common problems of patients with deep parapharyngeal space infection.Methods Evidence-based nursing was used for patients with deep parapharyngeal space infection to solve the problems such as acute pain, persistent high fever and different infection pathways.Results Symptoms of pain and high fever for 55 patients were properly controlled on time.There was no complications such as bleeding, the infection of the brain or mediastinum.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing could improve the quality of care and lower the incidence of complications.
