建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)快速测定铜精矿中铊的方法.盐酸—硝酸—氢氟酸—高氯酸分解试样,王水溶解盐类,采用电感耦合等离子体作为离子源,将溶液中待测元素铊离子化,产生的离子经质量分析器和检测器得到质谱.根据其质荷比的计数,采用校准曲线法快速测定溶液中的铊量.

A rapid method for determination of thallium in copper concentrates was established by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry. Using hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-Perchloric acid decomposition of copper concentrates, aqua regia dissolved salts, diluted to the certain volume. As the ion source, the sample solution measured thallium ionization, ions produced by quality analyzer and detector mass spectra obtained by mass analyzer and detector. According to the counting element ion mass to charge ratio, the calibration curve method for the rapid determination of thallium content in solution.
