探讨了采用分支串流新工艺提高永平铜矿铜银选矿指标与节省药剂成本的先进性,试验结果表明,采用新工艺不仅能大幅提高铜选别指标,其银的选别指标也明显优于现场生产工艺.与现场生产工艺相比较,铜、银回收率分别提高1.16个百分点、2.17个百分点,同时还可以节省选铜药剂近10%,降本增效明显.

The Copper and Silver separation indexes improved and the advancement of saving reagent cost by using new technology of ramified are discussed. The experimental results show that the new process can not only significantly improve copper processing index, but also the silver processing index is better than on-site production process obviously. Compared with on-site production process, the recovery rates of copper and silver are increased by 1.16 percentage points and 2.17 percentage points respectively. At the same time, it can also save the cost of copper processing agents of near 10%, cost decreasing and benefits increasing.
