目的:保护丹江口水库水质,预防库区疾病的发生与流行。方法:2013年3—6月,在湖北省十堰市全面开展南水北调中线工程丹江口水库库底卫生清理工作,根据清理对象的特点分别采取清运、焚烧、填埋及必要的消毒措施,对鼠类进行毒饵毒杀。用培养法检测粪大肠菌值;结合现场流行病学方法对清理效果进行评价;用鼠夹法评价灭鼠效果。结果:卫生清理率、清理质量达标率、资料建档率均为100%,灭鼠后监测鼠密度为0.29%。结论:南水北调中线工程丹江口水库库底卫生清理质量达标,能够满足2014年9月底丹江口水库蓄水的需要。

목적:보호단강구수고수질,예방고구질병적발생여류행。방법:2013년3—6월,재호북성십언시전면개전남수북조중선공정단강구수고고저위생청리공작,근거청리대상적특점분별채취청운、분소、전매급필요적소독조시,대서류진행독이독살。용배양법검측분대장균치;결합현장류행병학방법대청리효과진행평개;용서협법평개멸서효과。결과:위생청리솔、청리질량체표솔、자료건당솔균위100%,멸서후감측서밀도위0.29%。결론:남수북조중선공정단강구수고고저위생청리질량체표,능구만족2014년9월저단강구수고축수적수요。
Taking water quality protection in Danjiangkou Reservoir and preventing the disease prevalence in the reservoir area as the objective, the cleaning work was conducted at the bottom of Danjiangkou Reservoir, which was the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, from March to June 2013. According to the characteristics of cleaning object, the methods such as cleaning, incineration, landfill, and necessary disinfection measures were used, and the rats were killed with poison bait. The number of fecal coliform group was measured by culture method, the cleaning effect was eval-uated by field epidemiological methods, and the deratization effect was evaluated by trap method. The hygienic cleaning rate, cleaning quality compliance rate, data archiving rate were all reached to 100% and the rat density was 0.29%. The cleaning effect at the bottom of Danjiangkou Reservoir in the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion Project was standard, which be able to meet water storage of Danjiangkou Reservoir at the end of September 2014.
