针对老龄舰船船体结构评估问题,首先引入了中国船级社2011版《现有船状态评估程序指南》;然后,论述了老龄舰船的腐蚀特点及腐蚀程度测定方法,并给出了剩余剖面模数计算方法。再以某舰船为例,依据该指南对其典型舱段总纵强度状态进行了评估;最后,运用ABAQUS有限元软件直接对该舱段的现有状态总纵强度进行了计算并与《现有船状态评估程序指南》得出的总纵强度状态评估结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:该指南对于老龄舰船技术状态评估具有良好的可行性和适用性。

침대노령함선선체결구평고문제,수선인입료중국선급사2011판《현유선상태평고정서지남》;연후,논술료노령함선적부식특점급부식정도측정방법,병급출료잉여부면모수계산방법。재이모함선위례,의거해지남대기전형창단총종강도상태진행료평고;최후,운용ABAQUS유한원연건직접대해창단적현유상태총종강도진행료계산병여《현유선상태평고정서지남》득출적총종강도상태평고결과진행료대비분석。결과표명:해지남대우노령함선기술상태평고구유량호적가행성화괄용성。
For the condition assessment of the hull structure of an aging naval vessel ,the Condition Assessment Program of Existing Ship published by the CCS in 2011 is used to describe the corrosion characteristics and grades of the aging naval vessel ,and a method of calculating the remaining section modulus is proposed . With some a vessel as an example , the typical compartment′s longitudinal strength condition is assessed according to the Condition Assessment Program of Existing Ship ,and then the FEM software ABAQUS is applied to calculating and analyzing its current condition directly . T he tw o kinds of evaluated results are compared .T he result indicates that the application of the Con‐dition Assessment Program of Existing Ship to the condition assessment of aging naval vessel′s longi‐tudinal strength is feasible and applicable .
