成都地铁1、2号线信号系统正线联锁采用MicrolokII(简称MLK),区别于传统联锁系统,采用布尔代数的实现方式,利用布尔变量状态编号代替传统联锁系统中部分继电器。借助辅助开发工具MLK-CC3.0,维保人员可以实现对MLK运行状况的监测,可以在线监测各逻辑运算,以及下载历史事件,进行有关故障分析。重点分析正线联锁逻辑中进路的建立和解锁,借助具体进路分析各布尔变量的状态变化,有助于查找故障原因,保证信号设备的高效运作。

In Chengdu Metro Line 1 & line 2, the interlocking system of the main lines is Microlok II (MLK for short), and its difference with the traditional interlocking system is adopting Boolean algebra and using Boolean variable state numbers instead of partial relays in the traditional interlocking system. By means of the auxiliary development tool MLK-CC 3.0, maintenance personnel can online monitor MLK running status and logic operation, download historical events and analyze relevant faults. This paper focuses on analyzing routs setting and release of main line interlocking logics to ifnd out the causes of the faults through analyzing the state change of each Boolean variable, for ensuring efifcient operation of signal equipment.
