为了研究不同缓冲器的定距制动精度,基于流体力学理论建立了液压缓冲器动力学和运动学数学模型,设计了单向长行程磁流变缓冲器,建立了相应的Bingham磁流变阻尼模型。针对不同的冲击载荷,基于M atlab对两种缓冲器进行了仿真研究。与设计重量30 t工况比较,当冲击载荷重量变化分别为20 t、40 t时,液压缓冲器定距制动精度误差分别为-8.3%和3.3%,磁流变缓冲器的误差小于±1%。仿真结果表明:磁流变缓冲器对负荷变化的适应性更优,在有效吸收冲击能量的同时,可使得制动对象准确停止在设定目标位。

In order to study the braking precision of different dampers at a fixed distance ,the dynamic and kinematic mathematical models for a hydraulic damper are established according to theory of fluid mechanics .The unidirectional long‐stroke magneto‐rheological damper is designed and the correspon‐ding Bingham MR damper model is constructed .For different impact loads ,a simulation study is made of two dampers in Matlab .Compared with the designed weight of 30tcondition ,when the im‐pact load weight changes to 20t,40t,the braking precision(error) of hydraulic damper is -8 .3%and 3 .3% ,but the error of MRD is less than ± 1% .Simulation results show that the MR damper′s adaptability for the changed loads is better and meanw hile the effective absorption of impact energy can make the target stay at the accurate position .
