为了发挥人事管理机制在企业效益中的作用,文章对XX公司的人事管理机制进行了调查,分析了其在企业发展中的作用,认为:企业的发展和效益与企业人才的得失息息相关,企业对人才的信任以和企业的信誉以及企业对人才的关注对于留住人才是至关重要的,企业要发展必须解决人才流失问题,企业不但要完善自身的机制,还应该从人性化的角度为人才着想,尊重知识、尊重人才,为人才创造良好的工作环境和发展平台,为了更好的服务于中小企业,保护好企业人才,应该根据地区经济文化的发展水平对中小企业人才的认定和管理制定出一个明确、可行的标准。
