本文在界定科技型中小企业和科技小巨人的基础上，提出了大力发展科技小巨人企业对天津市地方经济发展的重要意义，并分析了目前天津市科技小巨人企业发展的现状、存在的问题及面临的困难，在此基础上，有针对性的提出天津市大力发展科技小巨人企业的对策建议。
本文在界定科技型中小企業和科技小巨人的基礎上，提齣瞭大力髮展科技小巨人企業對天津市地方經濟髮展的重要意義，併分析瞭目前天津市科技小巨人企業髮展的現狀、存在的問題及麵臨的睏難，在此基礎上，有針對性的提齣天津市大力髮展科技小巨人企業的對策建議。
