采用曝气增氧技术对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(PHPAM)标准水溶液和含聚污水进行曝气处理,利用浊度法、GC-MS和HPLC等方法表征曝气前后PHPAM标准水溶液的含量及组成,考察了曝气前后含聚污水中PHPAM的形貌及曝气过程中污水中油、悬浮物(SS)和PHPAM间的相互作用。表征结果显示,PHPAM发生氧化降解导致主链断裂形成低聚体衍生物和丙烯酰胺单体。实验结果表明,含聚污水中油、SS和PHPAM之间存在着协同作用,曝气后PHPAM的团聚体变小,同时降解后产生的低聚物具有一定的絮凝效果,通过架桥吸附含聚污水中的油和SS,从而达到净化污水的效果;不同来源的4种含聚污水经曝气后,SS脱除率均在96.12%以上,油脱除率在80.96%~93.60%之间,PHPAM脱除率在44.42%~97.95%之间。

Partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(PHPAM) solutions and sewage containing polymer were treated by aeration technique. The morphology of PHPAM and the interaction between oil, suspended solids(SS) and PHPAM in the sewage water samples were studied. The compositions of the standard solutions of PHPAM in the aeration process were analyzed by means of turbidity method, GC-MS and HPLC. The results indicated that the oxidative degradation of PHPAM led to the fracture of its main chains to form oligomer derivatives and acrylamide monomer in the aeration process. It was showed that,in the aeration of the sewage samples,there were synergistic eff ects between PAM, SS and oil,the PHPAM aggregates became smaller,and the formed oligomers had a flocculation eff ect by bridging adsorption of oil and SS,which could purify the sewage. After the aeration,the removal rates of SS,oil and PHPAM were more than 96.12%,between 80.96%-93.60% and between 44.42%-97.95% for the four diff erent sewage samples,respectively.
