结合相关研究，将相互依赖分为任务、目标和报酬3个维度去研究供应链联盟伙伴间的相互依赖与沟通对联盟绩效的影响，提出了沟通作为中介变量的相互依赖对联盟绩效的的概念模型和相关假设，并设计相应问卷，对问卷进行了信效度分析、相关分析、多元回归分析。分析结果表明，供应链伙伴相互依赖对沟通有正向影响，相互依赖对联盟绩效有正向影响，沟通对联盟绩效有正向影响，而且沟通可作为供应链伙伴相互依赖与联盟绩效的中介变量且中介效应比较显著，通过分析和讨论从实证分析出来的结果，以此基础提出供应链联盟企业如何从依赖关系方面、沟通方面着手提高联盟绩效的一些合理化建议。

Based on related research, the interdependencies are divided into three dimensions , which are tasks, goals and rewards, in order to study the influence of interdependencies and communication on alliance performance .Communication is used as an intervening variable , the concept model of mutual dependency on alliance performance and related assumptions are proposed .The corresponding questionnaires are designed.Based on the reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis , the results indicate that the interdependencies of supply chain partners have a positive influence on communication and alliance performance , that communication has a positive influence on alliance performance , and that as an intermediary variable between the interdependencies of supply chain partners and alliance performance , communication has a significant intermediary effect .Based on the result of the analysis and discussion from the empirical study , some suggestions are proposed to improve the alliance performance from the perspective of interdependent relationship and communication .
