采用等体积浸渍法制备了V2O5/TiO2催化剂,并用硫酸对其改性得到HS-V2O5/TiO2(HS为硫酸)催化剂,利用H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XRD,UV-Vis DRS方法对催化剂进行了表征,并将其用于甲醇选择性氧化制二甲氧基甲烷(DMM),研究了硫酸改性对催化剂的还原性、酸性、物相及催化性能的影响。表征结果显示,硫酸改性对V2O5/TiO2催化剂中V2O5的分散性和还原性的影响较小,但能显著提高催化剂的酸性和酸量。实验结果表明,适量硫酸改性能显著提高催化剂的甲醇转化率和DMM选择性。以SO42-和V2O5负载量均为10%(w)的HS-V2O5/TiO2为催化剂时,在甲醇与O2的摩尔比为2、液态空速为1200 h-1、常压、反应温度为150℃的条件下,甲醇转化率为70.52%、DMM选择性高达91.92%,明显高于未改性的V2O5/TiO2催化剂。

V2O5/TiO2 catalysts were prepared through impregnation and then were modified by treating with H2SO4 to prepare HS-V2O5/TiO2(HS:H2SO4) catalysts. The two kinds of catalysts were characterized by means of H2-TPR,NH3-TPD, XRD and UV-Vis DRS. Their catalytic activities for the selective oxidation of methanol to dimethoxymethane(DMM) were investigated. The influences of the H2SO4 modification on the redox and acidic properties,and catalytic performance of the catalysts were studied. The results showed that,after the H2SO4 modification,the dispersity and redox property of the vanadium species not changed but the acidity was greatly improved. For HS-V2O5/TiO2 modified with appropriate amount of H2SO4,the methanol conversion and DMM selectivity were significantly promoted. Under the conditions of molar ratio of methanol to oxygen in feed 2,LHSV 1 200 h-1, normal pressure,150℃,HS-V2O5/TiO2 with SO42-loading 10%(w) and V2O5 loading 10%(w) as the catalyst,the methanol conversion and DMM selectivity reached 70.52% and 91.92%,respectively.
