With the influence of globalization increasingly penetrating into all aspects of the society, England has entered into the new times of international education in the stage of primary and secondary education. In both participating in the European Union's education plan and expanding educational exchanges with other countries, England shows its commitment to international education in primary and secondary schools. England has experi-enced a process of gradual evolution of international education and finally formed a relatively sound system. By enacting a series of policy documents and taking varieties of measures and related projects, England has created diverse international education activities in primary and secondary schools. Ultimately it moves towards achieving the goal of training internationalized talents with the international vision.
