通过改进及优化激光拉曼光谱仪的相关性能,得到了较稳定的激光拉曼光谱基线;考察了环境温度、积分时间和测试压力等因素对激光拉曼光谱响应信号的影响,并对实验条件进行了优化;采用激光拉曼光谱仪对乙烯装置裂解气中的6种基础气体H2,CH4,C2H4,C2H6,C3H6,C3H8的含量进行了测定。实验结果表明,优化的实验条件为环境温度23.5℃、积分时间25 s、测试压力0.5 MPa;在优化的实验条件下,激光拉曼光谱法的分析结果与气相色谱法的分析结果大致相当,且两种方法的重复性实验的相对标准偏差均小于2%,表明激光拉曼光谱法具有较好的重复性。相对于气相色谱法,激光拉曼光谱气体分析法有利于加快分析数据的反馈速度,并降低分析成本。

A stable laser Raman spectrum baseline was obtained by improving and optimizing the performances of the laser Raman spectrometer. The effects of environmental temperature,integration time and test pressure on the Raman signals were investigated. 6 Basic components in pyrolysis gas, namely H2,CH4,C2H4,C2H6,C3H6 and C3H8,were determined by means of the laser Raman spectrometer. It was showed that,under the optimal conditions of environmental temperature 23.5℃,integration time 25 s and test pressure 0.5 MPa,the results analyzed by GC and the laser Raman spectrometer were roughly equivalent,and all the relative standard deviations of the two methods were smaller than 2%,which meant the established Raman analysis method had good repeatability. Compared to the GC analysis,the laser Raman spectroscopy can improve the data feedback speed and reduce the analysis cost.
