目的：探讨肺平滑肌肉瘤的临床特点及预后，为临床早期诊断、治疗提供更全面的参考依据。方法：回顾性分析6例肺平滑肌肉瘤的临床资料并进行文献复习。结果：6例患者主要症状为咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛；胸片示肺野肿块影或团块影最常见；肺部 CT 检查常可发现肿块影，纵隔或肺门淋巴结肿大等改变，增强扫描呈不均匀强化；病理需结合免疫组化检查确诊；手术治疗5例，放疗1例。结论：肺平滑肌肉瘤发病率低，纤维支气管镜和经皮肺穿刺活组织检查可明确诊断，治疗以手术为主，同时应结合放疗、化疗等多学科综合治疗。

목적：탐토폐평활기육류적림상특점급예후，위림상조기진단、치료제공경전면적삼고의거。방법：회고성분석6례폐평활기육류적림상자료병진행문헌복습。결과：6례환자주요증상위해수、해담、흉통；흉편시폐야종괴영혹단괴영최상견；폐부 CT 검사상가발현종괴영，종격혹폐문림파결종대등개변，증강소묘정불균균강화；병리수결합면역조화검사학진；수술치료5례，방료1례。결론：폐평활기육류발병솔저，섬유지기관경화경피폐천자활조직검사가명학진단，치료이수술위주，동시응결합방료、화료등다학과종합치료。
Objective:To analyze the clinical feature and prognosis of 6 cases with pulmonary leiomyosarcoma combined with literature. Methods:To analyze retrospective clinical data of 6 cases of pulmonary leiomyosarcoma and review of the litera-ture. Results:The main symptoms were cough,sputum,chest pain in 6 patients,mass,mediastinal or hilar lymph node enlarge-ment and other changes was often found in CT scan of the lungs,enhanced scan showed inhomogeneous enhancement;pathology with immunohistochemistry diagnosis;operation treatment in 5 cases,1 case used radiotherapy. Conclusion:The incidence of pulmonary leiomyosarcoma,fiberoptic bronchoscopy and percutaneous lung puncture biopsy can confirm the diagnosis,treatment based on operation,and combined with radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other comprehensive treatment.
