尽管中美建交以来两国关系发展曲折,但双边对话与合作机制的建设从未停止过.35年来共形成了 90余个对话合作机制,在政治、军事、经济、环境、文化、教育、反恐、能源等各领域呈现出全方位、立体化的合作.两国合作与对话机制的建立,经历了中美关系发展的不同阶段,并表现出不同的特点.在全面建设中美新型大国关系的今天,对中美对话合作机制进行阶段性分析,可以清楚地看到两国关系发展的轨迹及影响因素,对于深度调整双边关系,推进新型大国关系的健康发展具有重要意义.
儘管中美建交以來兩國關繫髮展麯摺,但雙邊對話與閤作機製的建設從未停止過.35年來共形成瞭 90餘箇對話閤作機製,在政治、軍事、經濟、環境、文化、教育、反恐、能源等各領域呈現齣全方位、立體化的閤作.兩國閤作與對話機製的建立,經歷瞭中美關繫髮展的不同階段,併錶現齣不同的特點.在全麵建設中美新型大國關繫的今天,對中美對話閤作機製進行階段性分析,可以清楚地看到兩國關繫髮展的軌跡及影響因素,對于深度調整雙邊關繫,推進新型大國關繫的健康髮展具有重要意義.

Although the development of the Sino-US relationship witnesses a lot of ups and downs, the construction of bilateral dialogue and cooperation mechanism (hereafter referred to as "mechanism") between China and the U.S. has never stopped. For the past 35 years, over 90 mechanisms have been built in all dimensions and at all levels including politics, military, economy, environment, culture, education, anti-terrorism, energy, etc. The mechanism develops with different stages of Sino-US relations and therefore, represents various characteristics. It is significantly important to adjust Sino-US relations in depth and to push the bilateral relations in a sound and healthy way by giving periodic analyses, finding out existing problems and tracing the development of the two nations on the way towards a new model of major-country relations.
