目的 探讨Notch1、Dll4蛋白在支气管肺癌中的表达及其临床相关指标的相关性.方法 采用免疫组化SP法分别检测30例非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)、30例小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)、正常肺组织病理标本中Notch1、Dll4蛋白的表达,并判断其与NSCLC相关临床病理指标相关性.结果 Notch1、Dll4在NSCLC表达的阳性率为73.3%、80.0%,高于正常肺组织标本(表达率分别为16.7%和13.3%)(P<0.05);Notch1、Dll4在SCLC中表达的阳性率分别为13.3%、100.0%,其中Notch1表达与正常肺组织差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但Dll4表达高于正常肺组织(P <o.05).在NSCLC中Notch1和Dll4表达存在正相关(r=0.782,P=0.041).Notch1和Dll4蛋白的阳性表达与肿瘤大小、组织分化无相关性(P>0.05),但与淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关(P <0.05).结论 Notch1、Dll4在NSCLC表达明显上调,可能在NSCLC发生、发展中起重要作用;Dll4蛋白在SCLC中过度表达,反向抑制Notch1,从而使抑制SCLC细胞生长的作用下降,导致SCLC发生、发展.

목적 탐토Notch1、Dll4단백재지기관폐암중적표체급기림상상관지표적상관성.방법 채용면역조화SP법분별검측30례비소세포폐암(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)、30례소세포폐암(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)、정상폐조직병리표본중Notch1、Dll4단백적표체,병판단기여NSCLC상관림상병리지표상관성.결과 Notch1、Dll4재NSCLC표체적양성솔위73.3%、80.0%,고우정상폐조직표본(표체솔분별위16.7%화13.3%)(P<0.05);Notch1、Dll4재SCLC중표체적양성솔분별위13.3%、100.0%,기중Notch1표체여정상폐조직차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),단Dll4표체고우정상폐조직(P <o.05).재NSCLC중Notch1화Dll4표체존재정상관(r=0.782,P=0.041).Notch1화Dll4단백적양성표체여종류대소、조직분화무상관성(P>0.05),단여림파결전이、림상분기밀절상관(P <0.05).결론 Notch1、Dll4재NSCLC표체명현상조,가능재NSCLC발생、발전중기중요작용;Dll4단백재SCLC중과도표체,반향억제Notch1,종이사억제SCLC세포생장적작용하강,도치SCLC발생、발전.
Objective To explore the expression of Notch1 and Dll4 protein in bronchiogenic cancer and their correlation with clinical index.Methods The expressions of Notch1 and Dll4 protein were detected through immunohistochemical SP method in 30 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),30 cases of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and 30 cases of normal lung tissue specimens (control group).And the correlation between the expression of proteins and the clinical index of NSCLC was determined.Results The positive rates of Notch1 and Dll4 protein expression were 73.3% and 80.0% in NSCLC, 13.3 % and 100.0 % in SCLC, 16.7 % and 13.3 % in control group.There was significant difference in the expression of Notch1 and Dll4 between NSCLC group and control group (P <0.05),while there was significant difference in the expression of Dll4 between SCLC group and control group (P <0.05).There was positive correlation between the expression of Notch1 and Dll4 in NSCLC group (r =0.782, P =0.041).The expressions of Notch1 and Dll4 protein in NSCLC were not associated with tumor size,histological differentiation (P >0.05), but was associated with lymph node metastasis, tumor stage (P < 0.05).Conclusions The increased expressions of Notch1 and Dll4 protein may play an important role in the pathway of carcinogenesis and progression of NSCLC.The overexpression of Dll4 protein may result in the occurrence and development of SCLC through suppressing Notch1 which can inhibit the growth of SCLC cell.
