目的 探讨外源性硫化氢对脂多糖致大鼠ALI的保护机制.方法 将30只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、模型组和干预组,每组10只.观察大鼠肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性、血清中IL-1β含量和肺系数的变化.结果 与对照组相比,模型组大鼠肺组织中SOD活性降低,MPO活性增强,MDA含量增多,血清中IL-1β含量增多,肺系数增加(P值均<0.05);与模型组相比,干预组肺组织中SOD活性增强,MPO活性降低,MDA含量减少,血清中IL-1β含量减少,肺系数降低(P值均<0.05).结论 外源性硫化氢对脂多糖致大鼠ALI具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与降低氧自由基的水平和IL-1p含量有关.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of hydrogen sulfie to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced acute lung injury in rats.Methods Thirty Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, LPS group, and NaHS+ LPS group.The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and myeloperoxidase (MPO), the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in lung tissues, the content of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in serum and the lung coefficient were tested.Results Compared with control group, the activity of SOD decreased, the activity of MPO increased, the content of MDA increased in lung tissues,the content of IL-1β increased in serum, the lung coefficient increased in LPS group (all P < 0.05).Compared with LPS group, the activity of SOD increased, the activity of MPO decreased, the content of MDA decreased in lung tissues, the content of IL-1β decreased in serum, the lung coefficient decreased in NaHS+ LPS group (all P <0.05).Conclusions Hydrogen sulfie has protective effects on acute lung injury induced by LPS, which is probably through decreasing the level of oxygen free radical and the content of IL-1β.
