目的:探讨《基础护理技术》实训考核的新模式并进行评价。方法:建立《基础护理技术》实训考核的新模式,通过对学生的问卷调查、考核新模式建立前后护生的成绩以及实习单位等对该考核模式进行的评价。结果:①问卷调查:94.2%的学生对该考核体系持赞成和较赞成的态度;在评价项目中,3个年级赞成度最高的项目是“注重护士仪表、谈吐、行为”,达到了94%;赞成度最低的项目是“体现爱伤观念”。②成绩:考核模式建立前的3个班级的操作考核成绩为(83.25±4.45)分,建立后的3个班级学生的考核成绩为(87.05±7.40)分,二者比较有统计学意义(t=6.57,P<0.05)。③实习单位:考核模式建立后,学生在“提高知识应用能力”、“团队协作能力”、“人际沟通能力”、“仪表端庄,谈吐文雅,行为得体”等方面得分高于建立前(P<0.05)。结论:建立的《基础护理技术》实训考核新模式具有较好的应用效果,能促进护生综合职业能力的提高。
目的:探討《基礎護理技術》實訓攷覈的新模式併進行評價。方法:建立《基礎護理技術》實訓攷覈的新模式,通過對學生的問捲調查、攷覈新模式建立前後護生的成績以及實習單位等對該攷覈模式進行的評價。結果:①問捲調查:94.2%的學生對該攷覈體繫持讚成和較讚成的態度;在評價項目中,3箇年級讚成度最高的項目是“註重護士儀錶、談吐、行為”,達到瞭94%;讚成度最低的項目是“體現愛傷觀唸”。②成績:攷覈模式建立前的3箇班級的操作攷覈成績為(83.25±4.45)分,建立後的3箇班級學生的攷覈成績為(87.05±7.40)分,二者比較有統計學意義(t=6.57,P<0.05)。③實習單位:攷覈模式建立後,學生在“提高知識應用能力”、“糰隊協作能力”、“人際溝通能力”、“儀錶耑莊,談吐文雅,行為得體”等方麵得分高于建立前(P<0.05)。結論:建立的《基礎護理技術》實訓攷覈新模式具有較好的應用效果,能促進護生綜閤職業能力的提高。
목적:탐토《기출호리기술》실훈고핵적신모식병진행평개。방법:건립《기출호리기술》실훈고핵적신모식,통과대학생적문권조사、고핵신모식건립전후호생적성적이급실습단위등대해고핵모식진행적평개。결과:①문권조사:94.2%적학생대해고핵체계지찬성화교찬성적태도;재평개항목중,3개년급찬성도최고적항목시“주중호사의표、담토、행위”,체도료94%;찬성도최저적항목시“체현애상관념”。②성적:고핵모식건립전적3개반급적조작고핵성적위(83.25±4.45)분,건립후적3개반급학생적고핵성적위(87.05±7.40)분,이자비교유통계학의의(t=6.57,P<0.05)。③실습단위:고핵모식건립후,학생재“제고지식응용능력”、“단대협작능력”、“인제구통능력”、“의표단장,담토문아,행위득체”등방면득분고우건립전(P<0.05)。결론:건립적《기출호리기술》실훈고핵신모식구유교호적응용효과,능촉진호생종합직업능력적제고。
Objective:Explore and evaluate the new mode of the practical training evaluation of Basic Nursing Skills. Methods:Establish a new mode of the practical training evaluation of Basic Nursing Skills. Evaluate the appraisal mode by the questionnaire survey of the students, nursing students’grades before and after the construction of the new mode and the internship units. Results: ① The questionnaire survey shows that, 94.2% of the students agree with this appraisal system. In evaluation projects, the three projects with highest approving degrees are"notice of nurse instrument, speech, behavior", they are reach 94%, the project with lowest approving degree is"embodiment of love and injury".②Grades:The operation grade of the 3 classes before the assessment model is (83.25+4.45), the operation grade of the 3 classes after the assessment model is (87.05±7.40), the comparison of the two has statistically significant (t=6.57, P<0.05). ③ Internship units:After the assessment model, the grades of"improving the knowledge application ability","teamwork","interpersonal communication","dignified appearance, cultured talk, appropriate behavior" of the students are higher than those before the assessment model. Conclusions:The new practical assessment model of Basic Nursing Skills has good application effect, it promotes the comprehensive vocational ability of nursing students.
