管棚施工是目前地下工程施工中较为常用的支护方式,尤其是对于通过危险地带的巷道可以产生良好的支护效果,但是对于管棚施工参数的选择,大多数情况下仍然采用工程类比法进行参数的确定。本文以山西平朔安家岭煤矿9煤2号井主运大巷通过陷落柱段巷道施工为例,利用ANSYS进行三维数值计算,模拟巷道的开挖过程,最后利用正交优化实验方法对管桩的参数进行优化选择,供工程实际参考。

Pipe roof construction is a relatively commonly used supporting method in underground engineering construction, which has good supporting effect especially for roadway through the danger zone. But for the selection of pipe roof construction parameters, the majority of cases are still using engineering analogy method for parameter determination. Taking Shanxi Pingshuo Anjialing 9 Mine No. 2 wells transport alleys crossing collapse column section of tunnel construction as an example, this paper uses ANSYS for three-dimensional numerical calculation and simulates the roadway excavation process, and finally uses the method of orthogonal experiment to optimize the parameters of pipe pile selection, which can provide reference for practical engineering.
