对Al粉轧制所得的烧结带材的二次轧制进行了分析。基于连续介质力学对金属粉末轧制的有限变形弹塑性本构模型进行了研究,并编制了计算模块。分析了不同压缩率下烧结Al带二次轧制后的宏观形貌及变形参数,并针对各种压缩率下烧结Al带的二次轧制过程进行了数值模拟,对其应变、相对密度、轧制力等参数进行了研究。模拟所得的相对密度及轧制力跟实测结果整体上相符,模拟值略大于实测值,其中密度相对误差在6%以内,最大轧制力相对误差在3.2%以内。对比表明本文的理论模型及计算模块稳定可靠。

The secondary rolling of the sintered porous Al strip made from rolling compaction was studied. The finite deformation elasto-plastic constitutive model and calculation code was derived based on compressible continuum mechanics. The macro characteristics of the second-rolled Al strip under four different compaction ratio were studied and the numerical simulation for second rolling processes was performed. For the relative density and rolling force, Simulation values were a little bigger than experiment ones. The relative error for density was within 6%, while 3.2% for maximum rolling force, which proved the reliability of the mechanical models and calculation code applied in this paper.
