目的 探讨医用三氧关节腔内注射对膝关节骨性关节炎患者血中NO和SOD及MDA的影响.方法 膝关节骨性关节炎患者42例,在关节腔内注射25 μg/ml的医用三氧10 ml,每周1次,4次为1个疗程.采用ELISA法测量患者治疗前,治疗后1、4、12及24周时血浆SOD、MDA及NO的水平.分别于各时点评定VAS评分及其下降率.结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后4、12及24周时血浆内NO、MDA浓度降低(P<0.05);治疗后各时点患者血浆内SOD浓度较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,治疗后4、12及24周时,VAS评分下降,下降率升高(P<0.05).结论 医用三氧关节腔注射可有效增强膝骨性关节炎患者机体清除自由基的能力.

목적 탐토의용삼양관절강내주사대슬관절골성관절염환자혈중NO화SOD급MDA적영향.방법 슬관절골성관절염환자42례,재관절강내주사25 μg/ml적의용삼양10 ml,매주1차,4차위1개료정.채용ELISA법측량환자치료전,치료후1、4、12급24주시혈장SOD、MDA급NO적수평.분별우각시점평정VAS평분급기하강솔.결과 여치료전상비,치료후4、12급24주시혈장내NO、MDA농도강저(P<0.05);치료후각시점환자혈장내SOD농도교치료전명현증고(P<0.05).여치료전비교,치료후4、12급24주시,VAS평분하강,하강솔승고(P<0.05).결론 의용삼양관절강주사가유효증강슬골성관절염환자궤체청제자유기적능력.
Objective To investigate the effects of intra-articular medical ozone injection on the plasma levels of SOD, MDA and NO in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Forty-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with 25 μg/ml 10 ml medical ozone injection into articular cavity, once a week, for 4 consecutive weeks.The plasma levels of SOD, MDA and NO were detected before the treatment and at 1,4, 12 and 24 weeks after the treatment.Results The levels of MDA and NO were significantly lower at 4, 12 and 24 weeks after the treatment than those before the treatment (P < 0.05), while the level of SOD was increased significantly at each time points after the treatment (P < 0.05).Compared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased and the descent rate was significantly increased at 4, 12 and 24 weeks after the treatment.Conclusion Medical ozone injection has beneficial effects on the patients with knee osteoarthritis by improving the ability to clear away the free radicals.
