Lung carcinoid, including typical carcinoid and atypical carcinoid, is a rare low-grade malignant tumor.The clinical manifestations and imaging findings of it are atypical, which make it be misdiagnosed usually.In order to improve the awareness of lung carcinoid, the pathologies, clinical descriptions,imaging datas, diagnosis and treatment of it will be reviewed combining with the related literatures in recent years.
