全外显子组是人类全部外显子组区域的总称,全外显子组测序又称为定向外显子组捕获,可选择性地对人类基因组的编码区进行测序,以发现常见疾病相关的异常基因.因为全外显子组测序相比人类全基因组测序成本低、效率高,目前在疾病诊断中应用越来越多.本文主要对当前临床上全外显子组测序技术及其在肺癌研究中的应用等问题进行综述.

Whole-exome refers to the human whole exome region.Whole-exome sequencing (WES), also known as targeted exome capture, can selectively sequence human coding region in the genome in order to find mutative genes associated with common diseases.WES is more cost-effective and efficient than the whole genome sequencing, therefore, WES is used more frequently in the diagnosis of diseases.This review introduces the technology of WES and its applications in lung cancer.
