目的 探讨活血化瘀联合局部围刺治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效.方法 面肌痉挛患者20例,运用活血化瘀药物灯盏花素静脉滴注联合局部围刺治疗,10d为1疗程,分别观察治疗后10d、20 d、2个月、6个月的面肌痉挛强度并行治疗效果评定.结果 随访2、6个月总有效率分别为95％(19/20例)和90％(18/20例),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).随着时间延长,强度分级呈逐渐下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 活血化瘀药物灯盏花素联合局部围刺治疗面肌痉挛临床疗效显著.
目的 探討活血化瘀聯閤跼部圍刺治療麵肌痙攣的臨床療效.方法 麵肌痙攣患者20例,運用活血化瘀藥物燈盞花素靜脈滴註聯閤跼部圍刺治療,10d為1療程,分彆觀察治療後10d、20 d、2箇月、6箇月的麵肌痙攣彊度併行治療效果評定.結果 隨訪2、6箇月總有效率分彆為95％(19/20例)和90％(18/20例),差異無統計學意義(P＞0.05).隨著時間延長,彊度分級呈逐漸下降趨勢,差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05).結論 活血化瘀藥物燈盞花素聯閤跼部圍刺治療麵肌痙攣臨床療效顯著.
목적 탐토활혈화어연합국부위자치료면기경련적림상료효.방법 면기경련환자20례,운용활혈화어약물등잔화소정맥적주연합국부위자치료,10d위1료정,분별관찰치료후10d、20 d、2개월、6개월적면기경련강도병행치료효과평정.결과 수방2、6개월총유효솔분별위95％(19/20례)화90％(18/20례),차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05).수착시간연장,강도분급정축점하강추세,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 활혈화어약물등잔화소연합국부위자치료면기경련림상료효현저.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drug combined with local encircled needling in the treatment of patients with hemifacial spasm.Methods Twenty patients with hemifacial spasm were received promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drug (breviscapine,灯盏花素) intravenous infusion combined with local encircled needling therapy, 10 days for one course.The treatment effects and spasm strength score were evaluated at 10 d, 20 d, 2 months and 6 months after the treatment.Results No difference was found in the total effective rate between 2 months (95％, 19/20 cases) and 6 months (90％, 18/20 cases) after the treatment (P ＞ 0.05);hemifacial spasm strength score was significantly and gradually reduced with time passing (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drug (breviscapine,灯盏花素) combined with local encircled needling is effective in the treatment of patients with hemifacial spasm.
