本文介绍了江苏科技大学建筑与土木工程领域全日制专业硕士的培养模式及实践经验，重点介绍了专业硕士与学术型硕士在培养模式上的区别，实践表明专业型硕士应全方位、全过程强化实践能力的培养，这是与学术型硕士在培养模式上的核心区别。产学结合是培养好专业硕士的关键途径，却易于流于形式，考核机制非常重要。案例教学很适合专业硕士，应大力推广。

This paper presents education pattern and practical experience of full-time master of architecture and civil engineering in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and emphatically demonstrates the difference between professional master and research master. It is proved that cultivation of practice ability for professional master should be strengthened in all domains and whole process, which is actually different from research master in training mode. As a result, combination of cooperation and university is a critical path to cultivate professional master, but it is hard to realize. So the assessment mechanism is very important. Besides, case teaching is very suitable for professional master, and should be widely promoted.
