针对传统陆地边界划界中方案评价存在的层次性较差、详细程度不高、评价模型的针对性不强、赋权方式过于主观等突出问题,提出基于六角格的划界方案线资源分配评价方法。文中方法以六角格陆地边界环境模型为基础,包括资源分配定量评价和资源分配综合评价两部分。其中资源分配定量评价主要以统计图表的方式直观地展示出方案线两侧的资源分配结果;资源分配综合评价选取基于熵权_AHP的模糊综合评价方法,能够定性得出多条方案线的优劣次序。通过实验,证明这两种方法有效可行,能够较好地解决陆地边界划界中方案线的评估问题,辅助决策者优选出最佳方案线。

For the problems such that the hierarchy is poor ,the level of detail is not high ,the target of the evaluation model is not strong and the weighting methods are too subjective and other serious problems exist in the traditional borderland demarcationevaluation ,the paper puts forward a method of evaluation method for the resource distribution of demarcation line based on the hexagon .T his method is based on the hexagon land boundary environment model ,including tw o parts of the quantitative evaluation and comprehensive evaluation .Among them ,the quantitativeevaluation mainly shows the resource distribution results on both sides of the demarcation line in the way of statistical charts ;the comprehensive evaluation selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy _AHP which can draw the priority order qualitatively .Through the experiment ,it proves the feasibility and validity of these two methods , w hich can be a good solution to the land border demarcation line evaluation problem ,and help decision‐makers choose the best demarcation line .
