在2015年的中央一号文件中,再次强调了全面深化农村改革的要求,且在推进现代农业发展方面也有一系列的措施保障. 而在农业改革实践中,我们对多地现代农业的发展情况调研发现,无论是在认识层面上还是在操作层面上,推进农业深入改革都面临巨大困境. 文章基于现代农业内涵发展需要,对农业领域改革中几个热点进行分析,以期推进改革的落实.

In 2015, No. 1 document of the central government emphasizes the importance of deepening the reform of agriculture again and puts forward a series of measures for the development of modern agriculture. In the practice of the reform of agricul-ture, the findings on the development of modern agriculture in many places show that deepening the reform of agriculture is faced by great difficulties both at the level of understanding and the level of operation. This article, based on the connotation extension of modern agriculture, analyses several hot issues on the reform of agriculture, which can promote the reform of agri-culture.
