为考察高校和中小学心理健康服务人员的基本情况及胜任特征现状,采用自编问卷进行调查并辅以访谈。对所回收的1117份有效问卷进行统计分析发现,在受教育程度与专业背景、接受心理健康服务相关培训、持有专业证书的人数比例、平均从业年限、担任督导的人数比例及胜任特征方面,高校与中小学心理健康服务人员存在显著差异;而在专兼职以及每周进行心理健康服务的小时数上,二者差异不显著。结合调查结果提出以下建议:充分发挥现有学校心理健康服务人员的作用;配备适当数量的专职心理健康服务人员;加强学校心理健康服务人员的培训和督导。

This study is to investigate the personal basic and competency of mental health workers in edu -cational institutions in China .A survey with self-made questionnaire was conducted and supplemented by in-terviews.Among the collected questionaires , 1,117 are valid and analyzed , and the statistical analysis shows that there exist remarkable differences between the staffs in colleges and universities and those in primary and secondary schools in the following aspects:the level of education and professional background , the training ex-perience on mental health services , the percentage of staffs holding professional certificates , the average work-ing time, the percentage of staffs acting as supervisors and their competencies;and the differences in the as-pects of part-time or full-time working and working hours per week are not remarkable .Relevant sugges-tions are put forward on the basis of the results of the survey:first, to offer more chances for the mental health workers to fully develop their potentiality;second , to offer seats for a proper number of full -time mental health workers;last, to put greater emphasis on the training and supervising of the mental health workers .
