非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)是一种不参与编码蛋白的功能性RNA分子,但与很多疾病的发生发展都有着重要的关系.其中ncRNA根据相对分子质量大小可分为lncRNA、miRNA及siRNA等.近年来研究表明ncRNA调控了与很多疾病有关的钾通道的表达.本文将对目前ncRNA调控钾通道在疾病中的最新研究进展作一综述.

Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs)are a class of functional RNAs that do not encode a protein, but play a significant role in diseases.The ncRNAs are classified into lncRNA (long non-coding RNA) , microRNA, siRNA and others according to their molecular weight.Recently, several studies have suggested that ncRNAs are involved in the regulation of potassium channels related to several diseases.This review will focus on the latest progress of the roles of ncRNAs in regulating potassium channels in the development of diseases.
