肝癌干细胞对肝癌的发生、转移有重要作用.目前,关于肝癌干细胞的来源有成熟肝细胞的去分化和肝干细胞的成熟分化受阻两种说法,分选方法有侧群细胞分选法和表面标记分选法,靶向作用于肝癌干细胞群,有望成为一种有效的肝癌治疗手段.
