采用共沉淀法制备掺钬氟化钇钡[分子式:Ho:BaY2F8,简称Ho:BYF]粉体,确定了粉体制备的最佳工艺条件.以NH4F溶液为沉淀剂,EDTA为螯合剂,乙二醇为分散剂,采用顺序滴定法,获得Ho:BaY2F8前驱体.对前驱体在不同温度下进行烧结,并采用XRD,FI-IR,TG—DTA和SEM测试手段对样品进行表征与分析.结果表明,前驱体在550℃左右开始由CaF2型(立方相)向单斜相转变;最佳烧结温度为650℃,粉体尺寸约100nm.
採用共沉澱法製備摻鈥氟化釔鋇[分子式:Ho:BaY2F8,簡稱Ho:BYF]粉體,確定瞭粉體製備的最佳工藝條件.以NH4F溶液為沉澱劑,EDTA為螯閤劑,乙二醇為分散劑,採用順序滴定法,穫得Ho:BaY2F8前驅體.對前驅體在不同溫度下進行燒結,併採用XRD,FI-IR,TG—DTA和SEM測試手段對樣品進行錶徵與分析.結果錶明,前驅體在550℃左右開始由CaF2型(立方相)嚮單斜相轉變;最佳燒結溫度為650℃,粉體呎吋約100nm.

Holmium-doped yttrium barium fluoride powder was obtained by co-precipitation method,[Formula:Ho:BaY2F8, referred Ho:BYF], and the optimum technological conditions of powder preparation was decided. The NH4F solution as precipitating agent, EDTA as chelating agent, ethylene glycol as a dispersing agent, Ho:BYF precursor was obtained with sequential. The precursor for sintering at different temperatures,and the testing and analysis of sam-ples were characterized by XRD,FI-IR,TG-DTA and SEM. The results showed that the precursor at about 550 ℃start transformation from CaF2 (cubic phase) to monoclinic phase, the optimum sintering temperature is 650 ℃, the powder size of about 100nm was got.
