研究了GK400密炼机中,白炭黑二次投料新型混炼工艺对胶料加工性能及物理性能的影响,通过对普通密炼机的工艺改进,采用白炭黑二次投料混炼工艺,可比普通混炼工艺胶料的炭黑分散度提升1~2个等级,胶料的物理性能有所提高,同时改善了后工序的混炼胶气孔。
研究瞭GK400密煉機中,白炭黑二次投料新型混煉工藝對膠料加工性能及物理性能的影響,通過對普通密煉機的工藝改進,採用白炭黑二次投料混煉工藝,可比普通混煉工藝膠料的炭黑分散度提升1~2箇等級,膠料的物理性能有所提高,同時改善瞭後工序的混煉膠氣孔。

A kind of two-time-silica-feeding new mixing technology was introduced in this paper. The infhence of the technology on the processability and physical properties of compounds in GK400 mixer was studied. Through the improvement of the new mixer technology,the silica dispersion could be increased by 1~2 grades, and the compounds' physical properties could be improved. Meanwhile it also optimized the air bubble of mixing compound for the next step.
