在马铃薯薯条生产过程中会产生大量边角料和断条，这些废料可以加以利用，加工成薯饼、薯丁等产品，在加工过程中需要搅拌机来混合各种原料。在研究和比较了现有的各种搅拌机的基础上，设计一种用于薯饼加工的搅拌机，实现了马铃薯薯饼的各种配料的混合。并通过多次试验检验该搅拌机的效果，混合均匀度在90％以上，满足薯饼加工工艺的需要。
在馬鈴藷藷條生產過程中會產生大量邊角料和斷條，這些廢料可以加以利用，加工成藷餅、藷丁等產品，在加工過程中需要攪拌機來混閤各種原料。在研究和比較瞭現有的各種攪拌機的基礎上，設計一種用于藷餅加工的攪拌機，實現瞭馬鈴藷藷餅的各種配料的混閤。併通過多次試驗檢驗該攪拌機的效果，混閤均勻度在90％以上，滿足藷餅加工工藝的需要。
재마령서서조생산과정중회산생대량변각료화단조，저사폐료가이가이이용，가공성서병、서정등산품，재가공과정중수요교반궤래혼합각충원료。재연구화비교료현유적각충교반궤적기출상，설계일충용우서병가공적교반궤，실현료마령서서병적각충배료적혼합。병통과다차시험검험해교반궤적효과，혼합균균도재90％이상，만족서병가공공예적수요。
In the production process of potato fries,there is generating a lot of scrap and broken potato fries.These waste potato fries can be used to process into potato pies and potato dings.A mixer is needed to mix the various materials in the process.Based on researching and comparing a variety of existing mixers,we design a mixer for processing potato pie which can mix a variety of ingredients of the potato pie.And we test the effect of the mixer by making out numerous experiments,that the mixing uniformity is better than 90%, which meet to the needs of potato pie processing crafts.
