叠氮烷基硫醇是一种含有双官能团的功能型分子,基于点击化学,可用于生物及化学传感器金表面的功能化修饰.目前已有的合成方法步骤繁多,反应条件苛刻且多使用有毒有害的试剂,不利于大量合成.本文以溴化十一醇为原料,使用叠氮化钠、硫脲经三步反应合成叠氮十一烷基硫醇,其结构经1H NMR与FT-IR表征,产率达70%.本文研究反应步骤简单,条件温和,使有机合成得到了优化,为叠氮烷基硫醇在生化传感器中多功能化"点击化学"修饰的广泛应用奠定了基础.

Azido-thiol is a bifunctional molecule with thiol and azide groups,which has always been used for gold-surface modification of functionalized chem/biosensors by click chemistry. The synthesis of aizdo-thiols always requires many complicated processes with synthetically harsh conditions. Furthermore,the utilization of toxic reagents is not practical to large-scale production. Herein,a new method of only three steps was demonstrated to synthesize 11-azido-undecanthiol using 11-bromo-1-undecanol,sodium azide and thiourea. The product and intermediates were characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR;the yield is nearly 70%. The proposed research provides a simpler way to synthesize azido-thiol with mild synthetically conditions and optimum processes,which will be easily implemented in chem/biosensors due to multifunctional "click-chemistry" modification.
