文章以城市近郊风景区用地为研究对象，通过采用数据分析等研究方法发现了城市近郊风景区用地的主要问题，从规划体系及用地分类两方面揭示了出现这些问题的原因。在因果分析的基础之上，从城景格局、规划体系、土地分类三方面入手引申出城市近郊风景区土地利用协调策略，并提出了具体的操作措施及预期达到的理论目标。

Under the background of rapid urbanization and market economy fast development, China’s national park has suffered an unprecedented impact. As a special area, the development of suburban national park is in an awkward position between“urban development”and“landscape protection”. This paper wil take land use of suburban national park as the study object to il ustrate its main problems with case analysis, and explore the reasons from the aspects of urban planning system and land use classification. Based on the analysis above, this paper proposes the land use strategy from three points: urban and landscape composition, urban planning system and land classification. It also highlights the specific operational measures and the anticipated theory goal.
