With the issuance of 4G license, the high-speed download capacity makes video services based on mobile Internet possible. Problems in traditional video conference services were analyzed,the key pointes were addressed from multiple aspects. Combined with key points, the solution to the implementation of video conference based on mobile Internet was presented.
