为节省研发过程中的成本和时间,提出一种基于商用货架产品(commercial-off-the-shelf,COTS)的无人机火箭助推起飞设计思路.通过分析无人机火箭发射过程和要求,立足现有火箭助推器定型产品,进行发射参数估算,完成了火箭助推器的选型,在此基础上进行火箭助推发射建模、方案设计、仿真分析.仿真结果表明:该方法能确立火箭助推起飞最优发射角和安装角,可实现该型无人机的稳定安全发射,对其他同类无人机火箭助推起飞系统的设计也有很好的工程借鉴经验.

In order to save the cost and time in the development process, provides a new way of the rocket-assisted take-off (RATO) for UAV base on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS). Through analyzing the demand and process of launch, the launch parameters are estimated and the RATO selected, on the basis of existing case-hardened RATO. Then, modeling the launch, plan the project, simulation and analysis. As a result, a way of the optimum angle and fixing for launch is given. It can realize safe and stable launch of the UAV. Similarly, this is good use for reference to plan the other lunch system of the congeneric UAV in engineering.
