Objective:To discuss the influence of different separation methods on concentrated platelet quality, in order to choose the best separation method for improvement of the platelet recovery rate and make sure clinical curative effect.Methods:90 bags whole blood, which Conform to the requirements of the concentrated platelet preparation, were selected as the research object randomly and was given the same centrifugal force and the same centrifugal time. Whole blood after centrifugation was separated by suspension method, plasma method and automatic blood component separator separation method separately. After the separation, concentrated platelet quality was analyzed. Results:The platelet separated by automatic blood component separator had the highest recovery rate and with the least number of red blood cells and white blood cells. Concentrated platelet recovery rate of plasma method was higher than the suspension method. After statistical analysis, statistical significance was found between groups of data (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Different methods of separation affect the recovery rate and quality of blood platelets.
