With the continuous development of society, people's living standard has been greatly improved compared to the past, at the same time people for the requirements of building higher and higher. In order to maximize energy savings, smart buildings began to rise, and has become the main city inthe building. And intelligent building compared to other countries, our country pay more attention to energy saving intelligent buildings, intelligent building in pursuit of more efficient and low-carbon. All this for energy conservation to reduce energy consumption and so have a very positive role in promoting. New Era of Intelligent Building already is the future trend, building energy efficiency is the trend. This article intends to analyze our smart building technology and energy-saving technology, and then find out strengthening measures by analyzing building energy efficiency in order to better serve the community, promote the continuous development of China's building energy efficiency industry.
